Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days of Founder for every new workspace. There is no separate free plan — when the trial ends, choose a plan to continue.
How do I pay?
Payment options are shown in the app after the trial. The payment terms are set out in the Public Offer.
Can I switch plans?
Plans can be changed in the app; the details are shown there.
Can I get a refund?
In full if the service was not provided through our fault; otherwise for the unused part of the period, on request within 14 days of payment, if the plan features were not actually used. Consumer-protection rights are unaffected.
Will the price change?
We give at least 30 days' notice before a changed price is charged. Governing law: Republic of Uzbekistan.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your data is not deleted because of billing status. After a missed payment there is a 7-day grace period before access is restricted.
