Consent to Personal Data Processing

By creating an account in NX Venturer I freely, specifically and knowingly consent to NX Solutions LLC processing my personal data: email address, name, profile details, Google account identifier (when signing in with Google), technical data about my device and network address.

Purposes: registration and authentication, workspaces and collaboration features, notifications about events in the Service, support, security, performance of the contract and legal requirements.

I agree that the data is stored and processed on servers of the Operator's processors outside the Republic of Uzbekistan (European Union, United States) listed in the Privacy Policy, with contractual and technical safeguards.

The consent is valid until the account is deleted and may be withdrawn by email to support@nxventurer.ai. I have read the Privacy Policy and my rights under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

By uploading a profile photo I consent to the storage and display of my image in NX Venturer: to members of my workspaces, to recipients of documents I send for signature and in activity logs. The image is stored in the file storage of the Operator's processor outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The photo is not used for biometric identification. I can delete the photo at any time in my profile; after deletion the file is destroyed.

By uploading company documents (charters, agreements, resolutions, registers, investor and employee agreements) I confirm that I act on behalf of the company on a lawful basis and that the company is entitled to store and process the personal data of third parties contained in the documents: participants, shareholders, directors, investors, employees and their representatives. The company has obtained the required consents of those persons, or the processing is permitted on another lawful basis.

I consent to the storage of the documents in the encrypted file storage of the Operator's processor outside the Republic of Uzbekistan and to the transfer of document text to OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) through its programming interface to extract data and propose entries for the company model. Under the interface terms the data is not used to train models.

I understand that automatic extraction results require my review and are applied only after my confirmation, and that I can delete the documents and extracted data at any time.
