AI Usage Rules
How document analysis and the assistant work, what they can and cannot do, where data goes.
Working version: the operator's details (address, registration number, tax ID) and the person responsible for personal data processing will be added before public launch.
The Russian version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. What the AI does
Document analysis extracts information about the company, stakeholders, rounds, instruments, rights and governing bodies from uploaded files and proposes changes to the company model. The assistant answers questions about company data and explains calculations.
Every proposal is applied only after the User reviews and confirms it. The Service shows the source of each extracted value and discrepancies between documents.
2. Limitations
Answers and extracted data may contain errors and depend on scan quality and the completeness of documents. They are not legal, tax, audit or investment advice and do not replace professional review before corporate or financial decisions.
3. Where data goes
Document and request text is sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. through its programming interface with settings that exclude the use of data for model training. The transfer takes place with the User's consent given when uploading documents. The Operator stores analysis results together with company documents and deletes them together.
4. Limits
The number of document analyses per billing period is limited by the plan and shown in the interface. Re-uploading the same file does not consume the limit.
