Public Offer for Paid Services

This document is a public offer by NX Solutions LLC (the Operator) to conclude a paid services agreement for access to the paid features of NX Venturer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law “On Electronic Commerce”.

Paying for a subscription through the Service interface, or paying an invoice issued in the Service, constitutes acceptance. From that moment the agreement is concluded electronically on the terms of this offer, the Terms of Use and the selected plan.

Users resident in the Republic of Uzbekistan pay in the national currency (UZS) under the Law “On Currency Regulation”: by bank transfer against an invoice issued in the Service, or through Uzbek payment systems where the Service offers them. The invoice states the Operator's details, the service, the period and the amount; plan access is provided for the paid period once the funds reach the Operator's account.

Non-resident users pay in US dollars through Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as reseller (Merchant of Record): payment details are entered on Paddle's secure page and are not transferred to the Operator. An electronic receipt and order confirmation are sent to the User's email.

The plan price, billing period and limits for companies, users, document analyses and other features are shown before payment. Prices may include taxes at the User's location where required by law.

A subscription runs for the billing period. When paid through Paddle it renews automatically while auto-renewal is on; the User may switch it off in subscription management before the next period starts. Invoice payments do not renew automatically: the next period is paid with a new invoice. In both cases access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Operator gives at least thirty days' notice before charging a changed plan price.

If the service was not provided through the Operator's fault, the payment is refunded in full. Otherwise, a refund for the unused part of the period is made on request within fourteen days of payment if the plan features were not actually used. Consumer rights under the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” remain unaffected.

AI features are provided within the plan limits. The Operator may temporarily limit load that clearly contradicts the purpose of the Service after notifying the User.

The offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Operator may amend the offer; the new version applies to payments made after publication.
